These terms govern the use of scottstevensonmusic.com.au and the purchase or booking of services offered through the site.

By using the site, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing artwork or services, you agree to these terms together with the privacy policy.

The site offers mixing, mastering, and exclusive cover art. Availability, turnaround, and scope may vary depending on workload and the nature of the release.

• Mixing and mastering are quoted or booked directly based on the current service offering shown on the site.
• Cover art is offered as exclusive one-buyer artwork unless a listing clearly states otherwise.
• Custom artwork commissions are currently closed unless reopened on the site.

Live cover art listings are offered on an exclusive basis. Once claimed through checkout, the artwork is removed from the live wall and is not resold to another buyer, except where a refund is issued for the full purchase price.

• Current listed price for live artwork is A$55 unless a specific listing states otherwise.
• The published artwork preview may differ slightly from final delivery formats or dimensions prepared for release use.
• Scott Stevenson retains the right to remove or retire any unsold listing at any time.

Cover art purchases are processed through a secure Stripe checkout. Once payment is confirmed, a license key and download access are issued automatically to the email address provided at checkout.

Download access is limited to 5 downloads per purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. Each individual download link is valid for 20 minutes after it is generated and can only be used once; a fresh link can be generated from the purchase portal until either limit is reached.

These terms apply together with any additional order-specific conditions shown at the time of payment.

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate contact details, relevant project materials, and any information needed to complete a mix, master, or release-ready artwork handoff.

• Provide stems, references, and notes in the requested format for mixing or mastering work.
• Review previews, revisions, and delivery materials promptly.
• Ensure that any supplied content does not infringe third-party rights.

Scott Stevenson retains all rights in site content, branding, and unsold artwork. Rights in purchased or delivered work are granted only to the extent described in the applicable offer, invoice, or direct agreement.

No listing, preview, or download may be copied, resold, redistributed, or used commercially unless the relevant license or service outcome has been properly granted.

Because creative services and exclusive digital artwork are time-sensitive and limited, refunds are not automatically available once work has started, files have been delivered, or an exclusive listing has been claimed.

Any discretionary refund, replacement, or cancellation outcome is handled case by case and depends on the stage of fulfilment and the nature of the issue.

Site content, pricing, listings, and service availability may change without notice. Scott Stevenson may update, suspend, or remove parts of the site or offer at any time.

If material changes are made to these terms, the updated revision date will be shown on the terms page.

Reasonable care is taken to keep the site accurate, available, and secure, but the site and all information on it are provided on an as-available basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect loss, interruption, or issues caused by third-party providers, external platforms, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, regardless of the country you order from. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with [email protected] is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
